Where are these 30 quid a week rooms to rent? Idk, it seems to be an East European thing. Partially, it's the ay they've organised themselves, they are taking it upon themselves to co-habit and save money. A lot of Englis don't want to do this. On the other hand, some employers are offering this to the East European workers.
Nobody is to blame, but both are to blame. Sorry for being on the fence.
There is no blame, there is no reasoning needed, but only to help those where ever possible to help themselves, we had a youg Romanian lad knock on our door one day selling art of local scenery he had just done, it was truly amazing, we bought one from him, gave him a cup of tea and a buttie and off he went on his merry way, we would have done the same for anyone, that 30 quid we donated would pay for a B & B for the night, therin the room we are talking about, not a hand out but for his Hand Work..
We have another Hungarian guy who got on his horse in Hastings many years ago, and rode his steed the length and breadth of the country, being moved on every day until he reached the freindly Yorkshire Dales, where his help was appreiciated, he worked himself half to death helping others do the work nobody else wanted to do, he is now a happy man with a nice home, yet still many folks resent him, I always shake his hand..
There used to be a group of acordian players from Budapest here, every day they would brave the ellements to play, some good some not so good, until the local authorities moved them onwards, they got the same treatment in the next town they went to.
I'm sure we are getting the picture of how hand to eye coordination works.
