back on topic. I'm not sure why so many Polish have come to my immediate area as there aren't even any farming jobs. There are fuck all jobs and it's not like there are many houses. Actually, they have just had to build more.

Polish is second most spoken language in England - and no, this isn't a Hate Mail link. :P

You can't always trust statistics, but this kind of suggests that there are a lot of Polish people in the UK. Mind you, a friends in Bradford informed that there are far people of Pakistani and Indian origin round those parts. How knows?

I can reliably say that Ross on Wye is now affectionately know between locals as Warsaw on Wye. It 's right in the middle of farmland, so a lot of jobs for people. However, you have to question why employers are only hiring East Europeans? Well, they put the workers up in shitty accomodation while they work there. They pay like £30 per week for rent, bills and council tax.

However, it is all piece work that EQUATES to national minimum wage - basically a piss take. Then UK workers are lazy. But, nobody provdes £30 quid a week for a room with all bills and coucil tax paid for.

The job situation in this country at the moment fucking terrifies me. Not the immigration - some of those Easter European men and women are totall beautiful and gorgeous! It the other stuff that I find scarey.

Maybe they could rent out their spare bedrooms for 30 quid a week.

If I was a young unemployed English person who didn't have many prospects, I think I would jumpt at the chance of all inclusive £30 a week accomodation. This would be perfect for students during the summer and young people who are looking to get a job - parents can't be expected to keep them once they're working age. Even if the accomodation was rough as arseholes, you could save money - even on minimum wage, look for a job, and you'd have your deposit for a nicr flat, maybe enough to buy and run a cheap car.

It seems that employers don't want UK people. So, we can only assume that a, East Europeans work harder, or b) British know their rights and expect holidays, to be treated decently and all that sort of shit.

Absolutely, they could rent somewhere for 30 quid a week, instead of roughing it on the streets, anyone for that matter and learn how to fix their own car from another to save money, for buying their own place in the future .Its not about what one would loose if anyone came here, but what one can do for themselves and others, or what others coming here can do for them..
There are millions of mechanics, joiners, crafts people that could rebuild any paradigm that they or anyone else before them, neglected by leaving their well being in the hands of other that failed them, supporting the slavery or debt monster, we might learn one day how to treat any human being as if they were their own daughter or son. Suragacy comes in many shapes and forms OP.

Whare are these 30 quid a week rooms to rent? Idk, it seems to be an East European thing. Partially, it's the ay they've organised themselves, they are taking it upon themselves to co-habit and save money. A lot of Englis don't want to do this. On the other hand, some employers are offering this to the East European workers.

Nobody is to blame, but both are to blame. Sorry for being on the fence.

There is no blame, there is no reasoning needed, but only to help those where ever possible to help themselves, we had a youg Romanian lad knock on our door one day selling art of local scenery he had just done, it was truly amazing, we bought one from him, gave him a cup of tea and a buttie and off he went on his merry way, we would have done the same for anyone, that 30 quid we donated would pay for a B & B for the night, therin the room we are talking about, not a hand out but for his Hand Work..

We have another Hungarian guy who got on his horse in Hastings many years ago, and rode his steed the length and breadth of the country, being moved on every day until he reached the freindly Yorkshire Dales, where his help was appreiciated, he worked himself half to death helping others do the work nobody else wanted to do, he is now a happy man with a nice home, yet still many folks resent him, I always shake his hand..

There used to be a group of acordian players from Budapest here, every day they would brave the ellements to play, some good some not so good, until the local authorities moved them onwards, they got the same treatment in the next town they went to.

I'm sure we are getting the picture of how hand to eye coordination works.

The problem does not lie here but in Romania. Romania is till suffering a lot of hardship: nearly half of the population don't have a flushing toilet in their house. A similar proportion don't have a bath or shower. Over half live in overcrowded conditions.

www.romaniantimes.at/news/General_News/2...ing_conditions_in_EU

If the EU is to resemble what it claims it is, then these living standards have to be raised.

What the 2%s of our richest want is to LOWER our own living conditions to that level. Not just for greed. For ideological reasons.

I am not kidding.

I feel more fellowship with these Romanian workers than I do for our own uber-rich English.

Who would you rather have dinner with, one of these struggling families or dinner at the Camerons?

Ahhh, here we have Christopher Walter Monckton, 3rd Viscount Monckton of Brenchley. Hereditary peer and UKIP candidate and one
of Margaret Thatcher's policy advisors, he has been credited with being "the brains behind the Thatcherite policies".

So as a thatcherite and part of the self-named "New Right" (aka Neo Cons) you will permit me if I treat what he says with my own skepticism.

Especially considering his sponsers
Monckton's 2011 speaking tour of Australia was part-funded by the Australian Association of Mining and Exploration Companies and supported by coal mining billionaire and AGW denier Gina Rinehart.

What he says about lifting people out of poverty is the thesis of my minuites here, how we do that is the question in the zones window here and now, not what anyone has done for whoever in the past.

To do it we must be multi skilled individuals in as many avenues and we could if we really wanted cease giving away our physical energy to those who expect us to work for nothing and give the lions share to those for doing nothing, but expect a living from that labour. It is an on going problem as long as we keep feeding the theives.

Isolation Starvation = A Peaceful non Compliance, without this action, we don't eat, don't shyte and die to its rythum..

If one is not in a position to do this for themselves then your going to be having major problems in the near future, need I continue to procrastinate that, if you cannot remove yourself, as an individual or group of like minded watchers of the rythum in our midst, then your never going to be able to change anything by simply talking about it.

There we reach the replay button, of everything we have ever talked about, and have achieved nothing.

Skill up today for your tomorrows, and keep the faith we were all born with.
