Taking part in a horrible act like this is one thing... but why take pictures that will obviously lead to either being arrested or getting head kicked in? Obviously it's to do with trying to look hard in front of their mates... (I'm sure many were quaking in their boots that they were hard enough to do this to a small dog) but so often these pictures leak out, and the perpetrators caught.... double wankers.

I didn't think there was any arm missing (or do you mean his right forearm? - just thought he had scrawny shoulders - but now you've said that, it's not clear if the dog's alive & standing on something, 'cause you can't see it's back paws - & they could just have the wire or whatever it is threaded through it's collar, making it stand up. Still don't like it, but you've made me think it might not be as it first appeared.
