It is hard to say. As soon as you divide people into groups you find that those people might fall into other groups too.

Neo cons and Zionists appear to work together but there could be things that they disagree on and do not work together on. Al Qaeda are hard to quantify. Some say that they do not even exist. So let's assume they exist for this. If they do exist then they don't appear to necessarily work in conjunction with each other 100% of the time.
I don't really think they work with Zionists and neocons they perhaps just serve a purpose.

No they're not the equivalent of neo cons or zionists, some Islamic countries will have the equivalent of neo cons, I don't know if Pan Arab Nationalism is that popular anymore maybe there isn't a parallel to Zionism, the main branches of Islam seem to hate each other and the minor branches?
