Am a huge fan of Andrew Lincoln, for fairly obvious reasons. :emb:

Loved the first season but didn't care too much for the second. Still watched every second that had him in it though.

Haven't had the telly plugged in for months (its actually been put in a corner of the kitchen out of the way...just looking at it annoys me lol), but I do watch some selective tv programming on the pc.

My son downloaded all the episodes of the American tv series 'Breaking Bad' a while back...highly entertaining stuff :chuckle:

More 'serious' viewing...I re-watched all 6 hrs of Dennis Potters 'The Singing Detective' on youtube recently. In one night.

I LOVE that series. :) Quality. The bbc don't make em like that any more...

I'm the same. The last time I turned the TV on to actually watch anything was Obama's inauguration. (true) I was probably needing reassured that Cheney/Bush were actually leaving.

Other than that it's only been switched on when my son was killing things on his X-box.

Anytime I watch anything now it's via the web.

No probs Mandy. I hope it works fine for you and you enjoy. There's plenty plot twists and turns and the characters round out nicely as the storyline progresses.

Tip: It's always best to let these streamed videos load a fair bit before starting to watch.

I don't know if you folks get chopped in the UK. It's a cooking competition where 4 chefs compete in three rounds for $10,000. They have to complete a professional quality dish with ingredients in a mystery basket. The baskets can contain things like Jellybeans, Pizza dough, beer, etc. They have to use each of the ingredients, repurpose them in creative ways, while keeping taste and visual appeal in mind. Each round is typically 20 to 30 minutes, so it's all out craziness. Some of the dishes they produce are amazing given the circumstances. I like seeing what people can do when challenged. :woo:

We don't get Chopped here in the UK as far as I know, but it does sound quite a bit like a programme we used to have here, called Ready, Steady, Cook! There would be 2 chefs competing, and each chef was given a random selection of ingredients by a member of the public, and would then have to turn them into something palatable in about 20 minutes or so. I used to like that programme! :)
