I do that waking up thing, and the same when I put the oven timer on. I don't need to check the clock, because I just get an instinct to go back into the kitchen immediately before the timer goes off.

no it was just a dream. most everything i have declared to be an eggs turned out to be eggs. there was never a creepy announcer questioning my claims.

I think it will be next year you encounter the eggs that aren't eggs, and the creepy announcer. Be prepared - keep a frying pan about your person.

you might be right. i think they are probably painted rocks. but the announcer is probably just a doll.
