I'm trying to read 'Arguments for Democracy' by Tony Benn, but it's a bit of a hard slog at the moment, what with all these internet distractions and my rumbly tum.

Plus, I have soooo much housework to do, and it seems no other bugger will do it for me.

@ abs and johnfb - those books sound interesting! I don't read much non-fiction - the occasional spiritual book, or something historical maybe (Antonia Fraser's books are very readable).

I'm also listening to an audio book at the mo - One Corpse Too Many, by Ellis Peters, a Brother Cadfael mystery, I like historical whodunnits!

Women have more of an imagination than men (when it comes to that department anyway lol), words are never a problem at a glance but a gert centre spread is found to be 'culturally' offensive. :p

Its ironic to think tbh that a lot of womens mags etc are full of filth and yet its men who are accused of always being thinking about 'it' all the time. :p

Personally I've nothing against it, all natural stuff and all that...so long as it doesn't get too twisted :p
A lot of culture is based on religious teachings that go against who and what we really are, its resulted in hundreds of years of denial and bullshit that perhaps contributes to the sicker aspects of society anyway.
