Yea i guess your right because if an ectomorph puts on to much extra muscle it will limit that persons fluency.

When i was about 25 i regret putting on an extra 15lbs and kept playing sports that left me with nagging injuries these days.

I was 6ft 170lbs with fire in my heart when i was 14 years old, now i'm 6'4' 230 and feeling old and knackered at 33.

Stay thin oioioi but drink a few protein shakes before you fool around with those riot cops and live that anarchy dream.
