Heard about this just a bit ago from someone online... apparently being reported in Vegas, Arizona, and Colorado... I am in northern Arizona and just checked out, see nothing...

These three videos all showed up on youtube from separate users roughly 2-3 hours ago... any ideas on what it could be?

I'm checking to see if I can find something,I see a few older reports of this same type light in those areas,but no reports recent

White sands missile range?

Could be white sands, but wth comes out of New Mexico, hits Colorado (above it), Arizona (to the left of it on the map), and Vegas (on the other side of Arizona) all at roughly the same time?

Jane I got some advice that we probably shouldnt cut and paste whole articles here when they have copyright laws.

And that article explicitly states it in the text.

So I fixed up the link you found and edited out the story, of course it can be accessed by pressing the link to msnbc.

Better to be safe than sorry, hope you understand.

Same goes for all of us, we should only put up links or snippets i think, I know they are starting to want to clamp down on this kind of thing.

I am aware that they are re-hashing all this copyright stuff all over the net. My understanding was that as long as when you 'copy and paste' and don't change anything and include the link to the source you are OK. This was all over the net at different sources and I did as other places have done and credited it to AP (Associated Press)

So as long as whatever I include on here has multiple sources/quoted at places which are 'bigger' than Sanctum.....well, in the words of DG.....sue me! You have given me fair warning so Sanctum is not liable.

Me and my husband saw that thing at around 6:30 am here in Las Vegas. I truly believe that missile thing is bullshit, imo.

At like 6:25 or 6:30 am, me and my husband got out of the house to go to the store. We got in the car and he started driving, and then we reached this part on the street where there were no trees blocking the view, and I was like.. "What the hell is that?" and my husband is like "What?" and he turned to look and there it was. The first thing I thought is that it looked like a dragon (I'm not saying it was actually a dragon... just that it looked like one, to me), and what surprised us is that those "clouds" (or whatever it was) looked really... sharp and defined, they didn't look as blurry as, say, a regular cloud.

My husband tried to take pictures of it with his phone, but the pictures look blurry (cause he was driving at the same time) and I was not carrying my cellphone... but then we said that maybe someone else would probably see it as well and upload pictures. When we left the store it was around 6:40 or 6:50, and the "cloud" was looking more "stretched" and it looked like it was starting to lose its original shape, and it was looking sort of misty.
