I would be surprised if a solar phenomenon of this kind would be predictable with such specificity, which raises serious questions about whether Snowden is out there to put out this story. It may also be the reason why DHS is gearing up for a civil war with the citizens of the US and why Barack Obama is going crazy promoting gun control and supporting the NSA surveillance program, in violation of his oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
