Personally, I never saw any remorse/apologies off Sod regarding the reason for his initial ban (racist comments) even though he had plenty of opportunity to show some during his repeated return visits under his endless tiresome socks, therefore I can't see any justification for allowing his return.

My personal opinion is that a bit too much leeway is given to people who brazenly flaunt the rules persistently.

It's not as if we're dealing with people speaking in real time. We all have the choice to be selective about what we type, we have the time it takes for our brain to react, press the keys, read what we've written, and then post it on the screen. This should be long enough to be able to think "maybe I shouldn't type this, maybe this is in breach of the rules I signed up to".

To err once or twice could be considered human, to do so continually means that you're not willing to behave sensibly. I don't know why we'd want to continually invite someone like that back.

Couple of things.
