Ok then, here's a question. We are told that bacon-butties are bad for us, and rabbit-food is good. However, if we make our own realities and and are better off in a higher vibrational frequency, and happy and jolly. Which is healthier, the one we are told is healthy, or the one that make's us feel good??
Good question and I take it aimed at me given the multiple quote yes?
Let's take the first bit about the bacon and the salad....BLT??

The second bit about the 'vibration'...I'll send word when I get there!
In all seriousness though, and this is just my viewpoint. I don't believe in the higher and lower vibrational freqency in food PER SE, as long as it's good quality, chem/gmo/pesticide free and a well balanced diet. HOWEVER, when I put my purple hat on food indeed does have a vibration. For example, in the wintermonths I enjoy root vegetable stews, sometimes with and sometimes without meat...Lob Scouse anyone?

In the winter we all like to feel warm and cosy and 'cuddled' a bit like root vegetables in the earth, and in the winter we tend to feel we need to be more 'grounded'.
Come the summer months I love my salads and fruits....above ground, lighter if you will. There are some people out there who believe the higher up the food chain, as in height above ground, the higher the vibrational frequency of that food. There are others who believe that eating raw food has a higher vibration....me personally...I eat only when I'm hungry, not when the clock tells me to, I do my best to get the best quality and cook my food in ways that preserves as much of its nutrients as possible, and finally, although not always I try and eat foods hat don't fight when they hit my belly ie acid v alkaline and try and keep my foods more alkaline based.
Back OT....lovely to see the forum settling down again now DG has retired back to TZ and Irre is not making noises about signing back in. It's deffo feeling more chilled around here again
