Ok oi. thanks for implementing the policy.
Now that it's over, instead of me starting another troll thread, etc..... Btw I'm no longer going to be advocating the inner/outer sanctum idea.
Oi how about having a registration fee, would this get rid of trolls, would they not want to keep reregistering at the cost of being banned..
I hope this is not off topic or annoying anyone or badly thought out, it's just a thought, and a way of ensuring that SZ is evenly paid for by the users, and at the same time would discourage trolls etc... (they don't like losing money I guess).
Interesting idea BT
I was thinking along the lines of a refundable deposit. After a set time or number of posts without any troll behaviour it gets refunded.
However, I wouldn't be here cos I dont do banks, no bank no paypal account - unless there is another way of paying online.
It's a long shot WH, I think you can get a pre paid credit card, this is something that some travel agents deal with, so you give them cash, they put credit on a card voucher...
or at the Post Office
''Who can apply for a Post card?
The Post Office travel card is Visa branded where anyone over the age of 18 years can apply for an account. Online secure application which takes a few minutes to complete, you will require your passport to confirm your identity where you choose the currency card you require.
NO credit checks are done as you are guaranteed to be accepted as long as you pay for your foreign currency exchange in advance. Even if you have bad credit you can still be accepted.''

Idlk how much bother it would be or if any other options are available?
I guess you can just keep the card to use for online payments in the future, so it's not a bank account per say, just a way of putting your money onto a card, to pay

I don't really know how much the PO might charge to do this or if it's any good or not?
Or even if anyone else thinks the fee idea is any good....
Edit btw I would not want to see you excluded
