I take your point about 'eye holes', but on the other hand without some form of structured belief, how is anything ever going to be different? Back in the day, people for good or ill - be they commies, nazis, anarchists or whoever - made shit happen. They did this because they were able to organise around some kind of belief. Of course the danger is this becomes dogma, and that's the lesson that needs to be learned. But without some form of ideology, people ain't going to get anywhere. That's the problem right now - loads of pissed off people who don't believe in anything and don't know what to do about anything.

Or else how is the 'control system' going to come down?
