That car up there, did a low 8 @ over 160 1/4 mile, wheelspinning down the whole track...it was really a 7 sec car but was still a road car so chassis was low tech...owner used to drive it all the time.

I was at that photoshoot for the magazine above...it was in the Adelaide International Airport...no bs, the neighbours rang the police and complained about the sound...in the airport!

Anyway it got to point where police would order cars like that off the road....honeslty its easier to have a newer car with hidden mods or turbos and keep them quiet so the police dont realise...though now cars can be actually confiscated for petty offenses, permanently...so its become waste of time tbh to have good car in Australia, old or new.
