Here's my tuppence worth (just IMHO, of course) - David Icke is a fallible human being, just like the rest of us. He's not the Son of God (well, we are all sons and daughters of God, of course - I mean he isn't the Messiah!). To blindly follow another human being as if they were some kind of transcendent guru is a sure-fire way to being badly let down.

I just prefer some common sense tbh and thus far the one guy who makes epic sense is Jacques Fresco (not Peter Joseph who I don't trust, although he has drawn attention to Fresco's work he hasn't done much else to help nor does he ever seem to want to...)

Then theres wakeupbomb and dub, both of whom have contributed more common sense on DIF and here than Icke/Jones/Fulford put together.

Icke likes to tell people he is just a man, when things go wrong, or he wants to show himelf as humble. But then he'll claim to be inspired by higher forces, and have an intense sense of instinct about truth. Cake and eat it.
He also keeps on telling people that John Carpenter did special effects for Star Wars. It was Dan O'Bannon, who had worked with Carpenter on DARK STAR. So much for an instinct for truth. Lucas liked O'Bannon's work and used him in STAR WARS.

Thanks andy, your words are appreciated. There is a temptation for people to go looking under rocks for conspiracies everywhere and certain collators encourage that. I feel that is irresponsible, it can lead to confusion, fear and no small amount of mental stress. It is far wiser in my mind to concentrate on that which is verifiable and pertinent. I can clearly show for example that trans-nationals work through the tax havens in a super connected network and that there is a plan afoot to literally corporatise the world. You could say this is a conspiracy I suppose and it probably does class as one but there's no need to label it as such. Doing so would only play into the 'conspirators' hands. Better to just present the facts and let others make of it what they will.
