They're made of the same elements found on earth just as they are found throughout the universe.

Find pieces of debris not found in certain forms which have been processed into other alloys and you may have pieces of UFO.

The reason why there are meteorite hunters out there who make a nice living out of finding and selling them is because some will contain these elements which are unique to space.
