Obviously poor people get to have endless fun all day and night....

Meanwhile rich people like Prince Harry have to stay home and play cards with the Queen for thrills.

Gina Rinehart calls for Australian wage cut

Australian mining magnate Gina Rinehart has criticised her country's economic performance and said Africans willing to work for $2 a day should be an inspiration.

Ms Rinehart is said to make nearly A$600 (£393) a second, and her views have been dismissed by Prime Minister Julia Gillard.

Duncan Kennedy reports from Sydney.
You must be a prick if you can make Julia Gillard look relatively reasonable.

Ms Rinehart is said to make nearly A$600 (£393) a second

So she proposes that someone should work 5 days a week, 52 weeks per year for $522 while she rakes in $600 per second?
Unfuckingbelievable!

Judging by the state of her, a day's proper graft would see her off.

Obviously being wealthy doesn't do very much for education either, because that has to be one of the most unintelligent things to say from a person in her position. I seem to recall a woman with a similar mentality from history. What was her name again... Oh right Marie Antoinette.
Form is merely a momentary manifestation of being, not a fixed reality.

History doesn't repeat itself, uninformed people repeat history.

To all progressive endeavors great or small, come unforeseen benefits on a scale larger than most give pause or contemplation of.

This is why I posted the race to the bottom thread:

sanctumzone.co.uk/forum/General/46483-Race-to-the-Bottom.html

You hear in the video Rinehart put forward the argument that Australians need to be competitive with the Chinese. I'm quite sure we're going to be hearing a lot more of these arguments. We'll be told that the British / American / European / Australian worker needs to be competitive with Indians and Bangladeshis and such like. What the outcome of this will be, I don't know, but it's hard to come to any conclusion other than the value of labour will suffer greatly.

This has been the real purpose of all the 'globalisation' and the push for a 'new world order' to create a global plantation economy in which a relative handful of companies control all the major industries and resources, and all the 'money' is filtered through central banks into the BIS, and no nation, region or individual can assert independence from this system. We're really living in the time now where it's coming to fruition, and billionaires feel confident enough to come on TV and tell the great unwashed that you will work for $2 a day. This is a scandalous concept, but it's no worse than the millions of people being put through the Work Programme in Britain as we speak, who are being paid nothing by their employer at all.

All those 'patriots' taking pay cuts for King & country (and to keep the forriners out), fills your heart with pride don't it?
