Tbh I remember people over at DIF advising people to go self employed do the bare minimum and claim tax credits as a blag. So, this isn't really that much of a surprise. It does seem rather shitty to prevent people from trying to create their own jobs when there are so few around though.

Any system that relies on subsidies is doomed to failure,The Uk is just one big subsidised mess from top to bottom,a totally fake system,business subsides,farm subsides,mp's food subsides ffs and so on.
