Oh come on we are all still slaves, you have taxes and utilitybills to pay, maybe less than most but you are still in the system andy.
But, you have taken on a bigger shift than most would do more than talk about, so fair play to you fellah.
We're definitely still slaves and yes I'm still definitely a part of the system but with reduced participation. I've never claimed otherwise.
I'm just saying that there are options and they are there, if you get pissed off enough

And you may yet btw, no-one knows the future as yet. The possibility IS there it DOES exist as per the website link above you can find houses at decent rents, even large ones.
They are not easy to find (I knew already where to look obviously), I only came to find out when I actually HAD to do it for real.
If you lose your job in the EU theres rent allowance to be had as part of the benefits system if you've contributed for a year or so.
If you play your cards right, even if things go sour then you'll never be short of a decent roof over your head.
If you're a single lad then you might not even be bothered about having a nice pad...perhaps a mobile home?
Then theres the 'skills' thing App talked about, be it a mechanic who can fix his own mobile home or perhaps someone who researched what jobs are in demand where its cheap to live and what qualifications are needed and how to go about getting them and if its feasible etc.
Research and planning is key, multiple scenarios and list the pro's and cons. Then make an informed decision and act on it.
I sure as hell wouldn't stay in that shithole any longer (I mean the UK for those who don't know lol)
