Incorporated entities don't pay tax, that's all anyone needs to know about taxation ;)

I don't think there is any perhaps about it ;)
but anyhow they pay VAT on multiple occasions if they were to (very unlikely I know) buy and sell the same vehicle back and forth between them, the point is not whether I gave them the wrong term or whether I'm american or not but that VAT is on transactions not items otherwise it would only ever be paid once on such items.
Let's clear this up shall we...
I am in total agreement with you that VAT and for that matter, taxes in general, are out of order. I am in total agreement with you (as I already said) that the burden on people is ridiculous and that what is happening is the government is passing on people's labour to the banksters. Ref my previous comment about the actual purchasing power of the pound.
I don't see much disagreement there tbh. What I don't get is why you are blathering on about some notional scenario that doesn't happen (because businesses run by idiots tend to fail quite quick) in the incessant way that you are here? What is the point? VAT is payable when a VAT registered business sells summat, currently at the rate of 20% of the (perceived) value of what's sold. I think we all get that anyway don't you? You don't need a ludicrous example to show us that :conf:

BTW i'm not American i'm dyslexic and that's why I edited my posts so often. sometimes I miss the corrections.
Forgive me but as it stands, I just don't believe you. I'd like to but I don't.
If I was American why would I not reveal such a thing?
I don't believe you when you say that you don't believe me.
The only point you fail to see is that VAT is on purchase not items, otherwise it would only be applicable once in the lifetime of an item. it happens it's not just a mind theory scenario, every time a dealer sells a used car VAT is paid again on the car.
No thanks. I don't like blubber

Incorrect.
You'll find there are second hand vehicles that do not qualify for VAT.
Such as intra-EU acquisitions and also for disabled use, then there are vehicles which were not acquired with VAT cost initially...ofc these are not likely to be merely '2nd' hand but 4th or 5th etc.

Ok but that's exceptions, generally purchasing used cars from dealers accrues VAT. and the VAT can be accrued on multiple occasions on the same 'vehicle' thus the VAT is on the transactions not the actual item ( excluding some exceptions such as those you identified)
So transactions are taxed, the item only provides the tariff.

Again. Please define your interpretation of tariff.
Again why try banging a nail that's already holding the wood together? :conf:

Only if the transaction involves a vat registered incorporated entity which goes back to what I said earlier about paper entities.
Humans pay tax and cannot claim it back, the entities merely collect tax

That's what most car dealers are in the UK, though I must admit that I have not surveyed this for actual proof, I'm simply going on the portion of them that I have had dealings with, my experience being a portion of the whole.

I'm not providing answers to your questions, as you have already indicated in situations that you don't believe my answers.

Ok then....have it your way.
tariff
ˈtarɪf/
noun
noun: tariff; plural noun: tariffs

1.
a tax or duty to be paid on a particular class of imports or exports.
"the reduction of trade barriers and import tariffs"
synonyms: tax, duty, toll, excise, levy, assessment, imposition, impost, charge, rate, fee, exaction; More

Clearly the item does not provide the tariff. The tariff provides the tariff.
The item provides a fiscal number for the tariff to be levied upon.

For someone who professes to know so much on the subject you don't half have a lot of rookie/uninformed notions in your head.

Tiz almost like you just pick topics to 'argue' about without having any real cognizance of the subjects...
Like a sad little troll or summat :dunno:
