It's very long and somewhat tedious, but it is pretty frikkin cool. Basically, this chap is presenting an argument that the actual cause of our obesity epidemic and burgeoning waistlines all over the Western world lately, is not about fat, but about sugar.

He goes into some detail as the assimilation of sugar and the why and wherefores of how we currently have so much of it in our diets.

Basically...fruit contains fructose. Fructose/sugar is actually treated much the same as alcohol by the body (as they are much the same), both being a POISON. Nature, in her wisdom, wrapped the deadly sucrose in enough fibre to counteract the effect of the fructose. We, in our wisdom, have taken away the fibrous fruit/cane and just inject our foods with the deadly fructose.

The body in turn, wraps it up as fat to keep it as far away as possible from vital organs.
