I'm sure that many will know someone that eats McDonalds, whether you do yourself or not. So here's a couple of examples of why McDonalds is really not a healthy choice (personally, I don't even consider it food) ...

Well, not real surprise here... It's a topic worth a talk for sure.

I quit eating this shit years ago, at the time, pizza and kebab started to become popular here and easily aviable, those can almost be called food at least... And they're cheaper. And I know how and from what the kebab/pizza are made here.(I used to work in a local pizzaplace)

I was in the UK from 93-97 and saw a tv show, one of those lifestyles of the rich and shameless of hollywood celebrities, while I was in Birmingham. Well, she basically states that what she did to lose the weight was reading the labels on the food she was buying, and if it had a number, or a word that she didn't know, she put it back on the shelf. This was something that stuck in my mind, and when I changed the way that I ate, it was basically the same thing, though I also stopped eating meat, dairy, etc (vegan/vegetarian).

Now, you couldn't get me to put anything in my mouth that has been fucked with by man. I pretty much eat from the ground, organically, and definitely no numbers, artificial colours, flavourings, preservatives, etc. It makes a HUGE difference in being healthy and maintaining a healthy immune system.

I haven't seen that before and will be passing it on to a few people that should watch it... cheers

Yeah, it's definitely one to show specific individuals that you may know.

Don't be surprised if it doesn't get acted upon though, comfort foods can have a mighty hold on some people ... as does the processed sugars and fats that have created an addiction for a craving for more of the same.

I have actually seen it before (edit: and I just checked, it is one of the ones that doesn't show properly in the OP) ... and I should grab a copy of both, so I'll do that now.

It's interesting to see the way in which people view this if they eat McDonalds. There's actually another one on a very similar line presented by Morgan Spurlock. He puts different burgers and chips in jars to show the break down of them. The McD's chips are the ones that don't change at all.

To think, I used to eat that shit years ago and think it was food. The fact that it is actually promoted as food says a lot about our society and the basic beliefs that are indoctrinated into us all as children.

By the way ...
