I dont really like eggs But I still eat 4 everyday ,the only reason being is they do make me feel alot more awake and energised. I dont like liver either but i know what happens if i dont eat it couple times a week ,I start to become lethargic.

I've eaten two full eggs just about every morning for most of my life. But for the last month I've hooked up with a neighbor who has chickens and been trading tomatoes and empty egg cartons for the real thing. I now realize the importance of range-fed natural , organic eggs.

SUMMARY: MARGARINE’S THE BAD GUY AND BUTTER AND EGGS ARE THE GOOD GUYS.

@ bolshevictim - very interesting - IMHO saturated fat is not the villain it has been made out to be. Here's a link to an interesting article which was in the Daily Mail yesterday - it's a bit long, but most illuminating! It looks like at least a few people in the MSM are beginning to realise this...

I have had the same breakfast everday for ages now. 2 hard boiled eggs. I usually have them on their own because I am intolerant to wheat.

They certainly sort you out for the day.

I have two raw eggs before bed mixed with coconut water, delicious!
