I had a bit of an issue with the spag bog, soI'm not having it, Dam bugger it.... Puts me Ennio Morricone tune back into it's cubby hole.

Well I'm sorry to have lowered the culinary tone, perhaps something exotic might help to regain it.

After thinking about the liver thing I feel duty bound to warn folks about eating liver.
From a survival point of view it isn't something I would recommend for people to do "Willy Nilly"
A lot of nasty toxins can be laid down in liver or offal in general. I would especially steer away from offal of Seagulls, Pidgeons and definitely rodents like rats or squirrels unless you have full knowledge of their lifetime diet.
Not that anyone will encounter this but Hypervitaminosis - especially A can be a problem with Polar bear liver.
