It's the egg I seek to protect most from the bean juice. I introduced mrs oioioi to the benefit of the full english many moons ago, just the other day, for some unknown reason, we were having a similar conversation to this and she agrees, egg white and bean juice is rank, and that's from someone who taught me any egg should have salt AND pepper on!

I think overspill is also one of my many concerns regarding having that fruit on my plate.
