New season starts in the next couple of weeks and we are frantic. Yous might have noticed that Cornwall has been battered constantly for weeks now. Nearly all my winter work this year has been weather dependent and I am quite a way behind where I should be with it. Very very touch and go if we'll be fully ready for customers

That's causing me some stress....
Added to that, this close to opening, I still don't actually know what I'll be doing this year. I know I'm on steel and woodwork till March but not what I'm doing after that. The crazy thing is that people coming to work here for the first time will already know what their job will be.
This is because there are still HOD meetings going on to finalize exactly what structure they're gonna have this year and who does what.
Mostly it will be the same but my particular team, is changing. They just haven't decided exactly how yet....and that stresses me.
Mostly because a while ago I was offered a job working with the livestock this year. I'd have liked that. I replied that I couldn't decide until I knew what job I as going to be offered in my team....and I still don't know. And the animal job has had to be filled so I don't have that to 'fall back on'...
The manager, who is also now a friend, is making all the right noises and saying stuff like, don't worry, I'm looking after ya, just don't want to give you half a story. But I feel a bit like I'm being kept on a leash at the moment....
No doubt next week he will come to me and recognise my excellence by making me 'lord of fucking everything' and my stress will recede. Here and now though...
