If I was in the Winter Olympics, I would definitely be doing the curling. Every other event just seems to be incredibly dangerous. I watched some of this event today and a competitor landed on his head:



He was unconscious for quite a while, but the rules of the sport dictated that he could have another go so he just went back to the top of the slope and did it again.

Each to their own and all, but I don't consider falling over in the snow to be sport. They should include snowball fights and driveway clearing in the events list.

I caught the women's slopestyle final. One of them proper slammed her head. Out cold for a bit then got up and rode the last bit. Helmet snapped in two. My kind of sport :D
