If you feel your the object of a ongoing investigation,you would know why,if your not guilty of anything, one of your associates may be,and that person could be the focus of whoever is investigating and your just receiving backlash from it,also in my opinion

I have had someone keep phoning my phone, landline and they would just laugh down the phone and hang up and sometimes they would play conversations of people talking through the phone.

It was strange because it corresponded with certain times and dates of events in my day.
