Yes or no will suffice.

It can be produced without conflict, only if those wanting it are willing to first help those that have it develope from it, the results in our midst are there for all to see. everyone using the energy on those parameters are all to blame for the labels we strive to collect at any cost.

Taking control of the money and loaning it out at zero percent would probably make the situations we have today worse.

Gaining control of reality for an equilibrium is the way to evolve, for a more stable whole.

Not only can oil be produced without conflict it can be done away with altogether.
Even a primary school kid can see this, just a shame adults seem to turn a blind eye to it.
