It's not a racial thing along the the Texas border, highly fortified and patrolled but still dangerous as any inner city ghetto is or more.

Baron when groups of white people fight each other in the UK over soccer games that could be considered territorial.

In LA when gangs of Mexican's from a neighborhood fight with the Bloods or Crips from another hood that's considered racial.

My point is that fine line between territorial & racial is because neighborhood pride's no different than national patriotism.
