There seems to be some 'issues' that have arisen for the festival producers.
The BBFF team received the unfortunate news today that Watford authorities have denied our Temporary Event Notice application to hold the event at Cassiobury Park. We have worked very closely with police in good faith in order to find a site which would cause minimum disruption to residents, and to the security arrangements around the Grove hotel, but have been frustrated during the last few weeks with a lack of engagement from both council and the police at a higher level.

Pretty much every single person - in fact every single one that I can think of - that has tried to report on Bilderberg has been hassled by police, customs, followed around, been detained, arrested, intimidated, had their possessions confiscated, etc. If you actually go back and read the very first columns that Charlie Skelton wrote for The Guardian, he started off thinking it would be quite good fun, and his attitude had completely changed by the end.
