I lose my watch / keys / purse all the time, and find them usually in daft places like the bread bin. I don't believe it's me who puts them there either.

My watch was recently missing for 3 weeks, and my son found it in a huge spode teacup that's on a display shelf in the kitchen.

In fact, I've not been able to find my work door pass for the last couple of days, which is a nuisance. On the same fob is my swipe card for the scanner / printer. I'd searched the house, car & desk at work. Spotted it this morning by chance, inside the divan drawer, when I reached in to get clean bed linen. I'm mystified as to how it came to be in there.

It's not as good as the time I misplaced one of these...



It was wrapped in paper and a plastic bag, and I'd put it in the freezer, thinking it was a turkey leg my mum had given me.

I know it's a longshot but my mate always tells me to ask out loud where something is when I've lost it.... apparently speaking it out loud helps to find it .... worth a shot I suppose.
