It was also reprinted after the film came out (which is nothing like the book) so you can easily pick it up for a few pennies on amazon, but don't be put off by Richard Gere's name on the front, as it is still the original manuscript inside, it's just they (the publishers) were trying to sell a few more copies I imagine. it's also not hard to find a pdf copy either.

Yes the presentation I listened to a few years ago was from the original events - not like the film. I'll look out for it. Thanks. Gere's face reminds me of a rat. I don't dislike him, but he looks rat-like.
