You're right gilly, I am suggesting that the emf pollution will have a profound effect and will trigger evolution on a massive scale.
I am indeed also suggesting that the application of key frequencies to our environment might steer that change.

When you get into that, sonic weapons and mind control are kids toys.

I reckon given the amount of different frequencies hovering about we can safely say that the overall chord will be one dissonant fucker!

The density of these transmissions must have become very extreme, very fast (relatively speaking). Can you imagine what kind of evolutionary changes might ensue, Knobs? Absolutely, that is in line with what I said in the OP. We do not 'create' anything as such. What we do is select the bits of infinite possibility that fit our 'reality'. The bits that we 'need'. We discard the rest and call it space.
This ties in with Gilly's post in that those frequencies/transmissions/vibrations are already here/there. By drawing them into our 'reality' as we are now, at the concentration we are now, we are fundamentally altering 'reality' itself on a grand scale.
Andy, yes, I totally agree as I've said already in this thread. It is not of itself 'bad' to be introducing new fields/vibrations/etc. And yes you are right that it's wise to know the difference between beneficial stuff and detrimental stuff. As yet I remain unconvinced that we as a species know enough about this to be able to discern which is which. Then we have the chaos effect which means we are completely unable to predict and account for all the possible consequences...That is um....of concern.
