What's the difference between "deploying" troops in a foreign country and invasion?

Just a newspeak term for invasion I guess... I wonder, what do these African nations have they're after. Oil, diamonds, gold, slaves?

O hya, it might be that US is trying to secure their income, China is looking like a super power to be, I don't know which one is worse, the warmongering world policing USA or sort of communist china. I guess they prefer business over warfare, but that could change. Time will tell.

Dubs, yea a 'permission' just like what baltic countries did when Soviet Union proposed to have military presence there, soon after they 'allied' with soviets. Nobody of course, asked people anything when it was the 'elite' who profited from it. This sort of game has been played before.

What is probably happening is, the United Nations are securing the privately owned banks similar to a Rhodes type takeover of the real assets, in exchange for military protection. No holes will be barred here, drug barrons come war lords will be welcomed with open arms as payment for the real assets which lie in and under their neighbours lands, splitting such nations will yield their real wealth, slave colonies and goods will once again flood the markets.

Its all been done before, once they digitise Africa, there will be no other continent unaffected nor able to make a comeback against the four horsemen now positioning themselves for the global takeaway of all energies, and when the global cake is finally quartered, the real and final war can begin.
