Alan Watts was a spiritual teacher in the same mould (it seems) as Ekhart Tolle. This video is very relaxing to have on in the background - Me and me missus sometimes put it on when we wanna fall asleep in the afternoon. It has some nuggets of info about the ego and living in the now with some nice metaphors/analogies, and info on how to practice meditation. Definitely worth a watch (if just to relax). Start the video 4 mins in to miss the less relaxing bit at the beginning.
