It's more than one person's demise though, I'd say. What happened with Swartz was the straw that broke the camel's back, but there are other members stated to be either under the cosh, or the net's closing in on them, and if taken at face value, it's not purely their situation, but the corrupt system's injustice towards society as a whole that they're challenging I suppose.

yea, other members have been picked up n killed, committed suicide, jailed, imprisoned, etc... i agree, he was prob the straw that broke it.
