See, I reckon this is where Cameron went wrong. You simply can't beat that personal, caring touch. It's obvious that David doesn't give a shit what we're ramming in our mouths whereas, cuddly Nick genuinely cares that I have something warm inside me.

I clicked on this video and picked a point at random. I happened to click on 11:30, as I'm clearly not going to watch the whole thing. Here's what was said:
Don’t let people tell you that you have to have huge numbers of immigrants to have good cooking. We’ve got a Mexican restaurant in a town not that far from here; place isn’t swamped with Mexicans.
Try it yourself and see if you can find something more stupid than that.

It's choc-full of 'em, my darling, which is why I opted to share it with you lovely bastards. :D

I did however, find the true origins of 'curry' fascinating...

Bet you wish you'd watched the whole thing now, eh? :marx:

I sense the sarcastic undertone in your comment and I think you'll find we were making kebabs long before any other 'johnny-cum-lately'. There is absolutely no historical evidence for this, but I believe it to be fact.

We also invented Tabasco sauce.

So there.

I'm just assuming it originated in Britain.

Lol - I ended up watching the whole thing. Quite enjoyed it :D

Not sure about the 'If you are really skint, pretend to the butcher that you have a dog and ask for dog bones, then scape the meat of for your stew' though. :chuckle:

Oh yeah - another useful tip. If you cant afford a recipe book, just go into the book shop, find a recipe you like and take a photo of it with your mobile phone :killinme:

Sometimes, if you stand on the bottom rail of a bridge and lean over to watch the river slipping slowly away beneath you, you will suddenly know everything there is to be known.

I much prefer this rancid, old scrote. She taught me everything I know about cooking, not to mention eyebrows.

I can't be arsed to watch 33 mins just to get a recipe (it looks nice don't judge me) so can anyone put up the recipe so I don't have to sit through the vid please?

That's pretty much it in a nutshell, yeah. Oh, and you should also be aware that milligrams are "nonsense" too, apparently. :coffee:

yup
and if you're struggling to afford meat, chuck in a couple of Mexicans.
Don't worry, there'll still be plenty left to run a restaurant.
