HAARP is only one of a number of ionospheric heaters / antenna arrays.

Better than applying HAARP in this and other similar situations, in my opinion, is to use the term "Directed Energy Weapons". There are many varieties of DEWs. From small scale to very, very large scale.

Very important is also to note the involvement of Dr Edward Teller in the SDI programm. Teller was the "father" of the H Bomb and was also one of earliest proponents of geoengineering (planetary engineering). We therefore have Dr Strangelove Teller involved with H bombs, SDI (Direct Energy Weaponry) and geoengineering.

As an aside, I made a few predictions on UKPlodOnline yesterday. One of them was expect to see more earthquakes in Iran in the coming weeks. Needless to say that the plod ignored all my other predictions and concentrated on that one.....
