I take an 'A-Z multi-vitamin & mineral' tablet daily, but they don't seem to be very good.

They don't contain anywhere near enough of anything to help, dg. As a seasoned conpiracist, I thought you'd know this stuff.

Take a look at the mgs for C on your vit bottle and see just how different it is to what coco suggested.

If you were getting everything you needed from your diet/vitamins, nobody would ever get ill and there'd be no money made from manufacturing drugs.

75%?! :killinme: The USRDA for Vit C is 60 mg (inadequate), at least your RDA is just a bit higher, but still pretty low. The only multi I take is a prenatal, otherwise I have a number of vitamin and supplement bottles in my bedroom. I guess I'm a 'pill head'! :rofl:

well I'll tell you what...I'm going to be buying my vits seperately from now on I think.

Just finished the last of my multi-vits off today as it happens, so. And they aren't cheap either.
