And while we're on about PMs., can anyone tell me how I delete more than one at a time? Ta-ever-so. :D

You just tick the little boxes next to your PM's on the left, and then scroll down and you'll see a little letter icon thing with a red cross, just click that and it will get rid of multiple PM's.

The little letter icon with the red cross is under the last little box (on the left) so just tick the boxes next to the PM's you want to get rid of then click the little letter with the cross (under the last box)
