I get that same message too sometimes when i refresh the page using my browser refresh button... it dont happen when i navigate the site using the links on the page. Its done that occasionally to me since the upgrade to the latest version of Kunena, so something is just a little funny there with the cookies or something on the latest version. I expect they will sort it out eventually, perhaps with the next upgrade.

As for the logo. looks like the logo image just didnt load also, what you have there in the screenshot is not an image, that is the default text logo appearing, note the font is the same as the menu (just larger) which is also text. The template can be set to either load an image as the logo, or text... both fields have been filled in (a url to the logo in the image field, the words 'Sanctum Zone' in the text field) ... it is set to display the image by default obviously, but it can load the 'Sanctum Zone' title as text if something goes wrong with the image load.

The site wasn't loading again for me for the last hour approx.
Then instead of taking me to the recent screen it took me to the sign in screen.
