What about the illegal and shameful activities authorised by the government that he exposed? How about the fact that the authorisers have not been held accountable for breaking the law, while the person who exposed them it getting a big chunk of his / her life taken away? Where's all the tabloid coverage and public outcry about that? What the hell does his gender have to do with anything? That's not the issue that should be grabbingl the attention, and they know it.

Saw this on the news last night...my immediate reaction...just how low can these people stoop? Talk about planting something to make his life hell when he's in jail.....hoping he wont get out are they?

They released his apology. Does anybody think THAT was voluntary?



So, now he goes to prison with even worse conditions. In fact I would not be surprised, if he ends up dead and the motive for his murder was passed off as anti-LGBT hate crime.



Of course, THAT would be a very good cover, wouldn't it?

For Manning it may be a very welcome distraction from reality, I know boobs always make me feel better.

In my grogginess when I first read this about Manning this morning, I was just thinking they were out to turn a large proportion of the bigoted public against him, and distract from the real issue. But on reflection, and knowing the ingrained prejudice regarding such things in the forces, I think they want him destroyed while he's inside. Or driven to suicide. And words can't express the hatred I feel for the people who've added this to the already immense injustice.

I was reading yesterday about a plan for a million Muslims to march to the White House on '9/11' - not sure why. The spin was that it was to peacefully demonstrate their objection for their having been blamed. So other parties are trying to organise two million bikers to ride to the White House on 9/11. All bodes well, eh.

I fucking wish 3 million would march to the White House, and over here to Downing Street, on any day of the year, in any combination of races & religious beliefs etc, to make citizens arrests for the numerous crimes of our leaders.
