The timing of this seems strange,

I am too tired at the moment to find the video clip...CNN interviews "humans" at the scene...camera goes off air and they both look at each other and laugh

I don't have time to check out the validity of this at the moment (as in whether there's a reasonable explanation) but there are claims that there were several reports of the shooting incident that supposedly occurred on the 16th, in the papers on the 15th.
