The true measure of a man is not his intelligence or how high he rises in this freak establishment. The true measure of a man is this: how quickly he can respond to the needs of others and how much of himself he can give - Philip K. Dick.

The only thing worth investing in now is a veggie plot.
Either there will be the ultimate solution brought in soon or we are going to see cash machines closing, banks closing, bankers disappearing, riots in the streets, fuel deliveries stopping, mass looting, well you get the picture.

Its good to see the media waking up to this, its as if people have to start getting screwed higher up the class system for them to turn eh? ;)

That's an interesting take on it. I think we've also reached the point where the situation has to be acknowledged to a certain extent.

The second guy who was reluctant to agree, but did so, said something quite amazing, albeit in quite a humdrum way. "Markets are driven by policy now, they're not driven by market forces". That's quite incredible really, because what he's essentially saying is it doesn't matter what economic activity takes place, it has no effect on the economy.

These people, they're so mired in their redundant academic arguments...they're still sitting there talking about Federal Reserve policy and Bernanke. It's just too much for them to acknowledge that the US can't fund its social security. It just can't do it, there's no way. They said in the interview that the US has borrowed too much and printed too much, but this is the only way they can keep things going now. What else are they going to do? They're going to be back at their debt ceiling again circa November-January, which is almost exactly when I predicted, so they will just do more QE. I don't know how long this is sustainable for, but I can see them kicking the can down the road a bit longer yet.

Which is good because hopefully my book might get published before it's obsolete!

According to the contractual agreement it will be published this year, and the publisher told me they've never reneged on a contract yet.

It's funny because I remember after the first wave of QE, so-called experts coming on TV and saying, "oh, there definitely won't be a QE2". And I'm just sitting there going "bollocks". And now there's definitely going to be a QE3. They'll probably have QE4, 5, and 6 before they're done. Personally, I don't predict a big collapse for a while because the establishment would love to get Romney in as he's probably mad enough and hawkish enough to just pre-emptively strike Iran. I don't see any shit hitting any fans until that oil supply has been resolved. But I might be wrong.

I had shitloads of articles to add to my final draft, some of them didn't make it, but this made the cut:

www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/us-el...eopolitical-foe.html
Mitt Romney: Russia is America's 'number one geopolitical foe'

I didn't know about John Bolton, these PNAC folk never seem to go away, unfortunately.
