A break down of who it is owed to would be nice too.
You can see a bit of this here:
www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-15748696
But the key piece of information here is the source:
Ultimately, everything is filtered into the Bank for International Settlements. That is virtually all economic activity, anywhere in the world. There may be a tiny number of countries that have managed to escape this system; if they can't be taken over by covert economic and / or intelligence agency operations, then they will end up with napalm, cluster bombs, depleted uranium, atomic bombs, etc, dropped on their heads.
If you go the shop now and buy a chocolate bar, there will be 20% VAT on it. That 20% VAT goes to the Exchequer. The Exchequer manages the finances for the UK. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, even though he has no maths or economics qualifications, will know that Britain is flat broke, and that...
All this money is owed to overseas private banks, who borrow their money from central banks, who are in themselves private corporations and are privately owned, and they filter it all into the Bank of International Settlements, which is the 'Central Bank of Central Banks'. You can read about this on their own website:
www.bis.org/about/index.htm
The BIS is privately owned, according to the New York Fed:
www.newyorkfed.org/aboutthefed/fedpoint/fed22.html
Currently, 86 percent of the shares of the BIS are registered in the names of central banks, and 14 percent are held by private shareholders.
Ultimately all economic activity is filtered into this bank, by hook or by crook. Which is exactly as intended:

Carrol Quigley - the bankers' plan
"The Power of financial capitalism had [a] far reaching plan, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole.
This system was to be controlled in a feudalistic fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences.
The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks, which were themselves private corporations.
Each central bank sought to dominate its government by its ability to control treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence co-operative politicians by subsequent rewards in the business world."
Carrol Quigley, Tragedy and Hope, 1966
Yet you have the BBC quoting figures from it saying who owes what to whom. Ultimately, the intention is for everyone to owe everything to them.
