They don't need to, but it would be so much easier from their perspective to chip babies at birth than mess about with cards.
It's a long term goal, once cash is gone

same with vaccinations in my opinion, I can understand that many parents trust authority, but for a parent to allow their kids to have multiple injections of something they know nothing about especially after being warned that it was highly toxic is bordering on criminal negligence.
So now I have a nephew and niece who are both mildly autistic and he has been diagnosed with a.d.h.d. and she has o.c.d.
but my sister still doesn't believe vaccinations were to blame, despite the fact I warned her.
