Its not so much a gift of longer life, nothing much has changed there for quite a while.
Its simply a matter of numbers.
After WW2 there was quite the baby boom and now they're getting old, simple as.
Of course all those people worked and paid taxes all their lives and 'supposedly' that 'should' cover it all.

What the MP's don't say of course, is that they have pissed it all away down a banking black hole and that there are now in fact not enough kids being born to replace the boom money paid in previously and that the economy quite simply cannot function for much longer in the way we are accustomed to and expect it to. (which is also impossible anyway for reasons discussed ad verbatim)

We will see taxes slowly rise, welfare will fall, services will disappear, small business will disappear, people will concentrate around urban centres for the last of the jobs.
Such is the price of having a chemically dumbed down population and impossible politics and economics.

I see 100% digital money and total secrecy surrounding it as being the only way out of the current mess and thats an economic out, it will be quite the opposite for the people. For them it'll be the mark of the beast.

There's no conspiracy theory there just plain old common sense extrapolation of current events and trends.
