I know they are probably both as bad as each other, but hfcs does some weird shit to you that sugar never would have. And it's in everything. Not only used as a sweetener but also to prolong shelf life.

Do these additives have any other names? At present, I'm aware of monosodiumglutomate, aspartame and aspartic acid. I still haven't been able to confirm whether or not high frutctose corn syrup can officially just be labelled as 'sugar', but I suspect this is the case.

Small wonder we're all ill and thoroughly miserable...

hey abs, far as i know corn syrup and sugar are labelled differently. they have 'throw back' sodas over here, like old design cans of pepsi and mountain dew, and they use real sugar labelled as such. they're pretty good.

instead of drinking i think you should just eat watermelons.
