A super food that is very cheap to buy.Some people say we should not eat more than twice a week unless its chicken liver which is alot less in vitamin A.

Liver is a top food. Unfortunately it does frightening things to my guts which has led to the old man making me sleep downstairs after I've eaten it

Liver is indeed very good for you but sadly I can't stand it! I guess it's a shame, really!

The Weston A. Price foundation website is fascinating, BTW - full of useful info. I've got a really good book based along similar lines - Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon.
